Register ESI & PF with NGOedge

Follow the simple three steps process to start your journey with us

ESI & PF Registration - Introduction

If your NGO employs people, Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) registrations are not just statutory requirements — they are a commitment to your team’s financial security and well-being. These registrations ensure your NGO complies with labour laws and builds a foundation of trust with current and future employees.

At NGOedge, we help NGOs navigate the process of ESI and PF registration smoothly and efficiently — enabling you to offer social security benefits to your staff while meeting all legal obligations.

Why Your NGO Needs ESI & PF Registration

Legal Compliance
Mandatory for NGOs employing 10 or more employees (ESI) and 20 or more employees (PF).

Social Security for Employees
Provides health insurance, maternity benefits (ESI) and long-term savings, pension, and life insurance (PF) for employees.

Boosts Credibility as an Employer
Shows that your NGO cares about employee welfare, making it easier to attract and retain skilled professionals.

Eligibility for Grants & CSR Projects
Many CSR donors and institutional partners prefer working with legally compliant NGOs.

Avoid Penalties & Legal Risks
Failure to register for ESI/PF when applicable may lead to penalties, inspections, and loss of reputation.
